Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete valve production operations from machining to final dispatch.

Oversee manufacturing processes including welding, assembly, hydro testing, coating, and quality control.

Drive production planning, scheduling, productivity improvements, and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Manage manpower planning, shop floor operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.

Monitor production KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile:

22+ years of manufacturing experience

Currently working in or previously associated with Valve Manufacturing companies

Proven track record of leading large production teams and driving operational excellence

Strong understanding of quality, safety, productivity, and process improvement

Extensive experience in Valve Manufacturing

Solid knowledge of Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, Control Valves, Air Valves, SCV, and related products
