Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee excipient handling, storage, and inventory management to maintain quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality APIs by monitoring production workflows and implementing process improvements.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in API manufacturing or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of excipients, their properties, and applications in pharmaceutical formulations.

- Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or equivalent role in API production operations.
