PRODUCTION MANAGER

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience Required

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Beverages Industry (must)
- Strong experience in production operations and plant management
- Proven ability to manage production teams and plant operations
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality standards, safety and process efficiency

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall production activities
- Plan production schedules and achieve production targets
- Monitor production processes, manpower and plant performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and other departments




- Identify production issues and implement corrective measures
- Maintain production records and prepare regular reports
- Improve productivity, efficiency and reduce production losses

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, sound knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and the ability to effectively manage production operations.
