We are the exclusive Intralox Poultry OEM partner for South Asia, and we curate and localise best-in-class global technology — drawn from proven references such as Brazil's poultry automation journey — for the cost and operating realities of Indian and Southeast Asian processors.

Over the past several years, PthruP has scaled from project-based conveyor supply to a full manufacturing and systems-integration operation. The company's footprint now spans India, Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka, with a growing partner network extending into Europe and Brazil.

Manufacturing is anchored by a purpose-built, 15,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Coimbatore — the engine room for the hygienic conveyor systems, custom fabrication and turnkey lines that support this regional growth. As order volumes and geographic complexity increase, PthruP is building out its Coimbatore leadership team, starting with this Production Manager role.

ROLE SUMMARY The Production Manager will own end-to-end manufacturing performance at the Coimbatore facility — from raw material sourcing through fabrication, assembly, quality assurance and dispatch — as PthruP scales its hygienic conveyor and poultry-processing systems business across India, Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a disciplined shop floor today while helping build the systems, vendor base and team capacity the company will need as volumes and export complexity grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing & Vendor Management

•

Build and manage a reliable base of raw material and component suppliers (stainless steel, hygienic belting, motors, fabrication hardware) to support growing, multi-market order volumes.

•

Negotiate cost,



lead time and quality terms with vendors; reduce input cost and dependency risk as PthruP scales across India, Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka.

•

Coordinate with global technology partners on the sourcing of specified components (e.g. Intralox belting and related hardware) to protect system integrity and warranty standards.

Product Development Support

•

Partner with the Design and Engineering team to translate new conveyor and line designs into manufacturable, repeatable production processes.

•

Feed shop-floor and field learnings back into product and process design — fabrication feasibility, tolerances, jigs and fixtures — to shorten time from design to delivery.

•

Support prototyping and first-article builds for new OEM partner requirements and new market applications.

Process & Production Management

•

Plan, schedule and run daily production to meet committed delivery dates across concurrent India, Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka projects.

•

Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures, work instructions and capacity plans for the 15,000 sq. ft. Coimbatore facility.

•

Drive lean manufacturing practices — 5S, workflow layout, throughput improvement — to raise output without proportionate increases in cost or headcount.

Quality Assurance

•

Own quality at every stage of fabrication and assembly against PthruP's hygienic design standards, informed by Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS) principles of hygienic design.

•

Implement inspection checkpoints,



non-conformance tracking and corrective-action processes to protect PthruP's reputation with global OEM partners and processor clients.

•

Ensure finished systems meet the specifications required for food-grade, hygienic operating environments before dispatch.

Output, Capacity & Reporting

•

Deliver against production targets and dispatch schedules as PthruP's order book grows across new geographies and OEM partnerships.

•

Track and report key production metrics — output, on-time delivery, scrap/rework, cost per unit — to the leadership team.

•

Build and mentor the shop-floor team, planning capacity and skill development ahead of anticipated volume growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•

6–10+ years in production/manufacturing management, ideally in metal fabrication, conveyor systems, food-processing equipment or a related industrial equipment sector.

•

Demonstrated ownership of sourcing, process and quality outcomes — not just shop-floor supervision.

•

Working knowledge of hygienic design, food-grade fabrication standards, or willingness to be trained to PthruP/CFS standards.

•

Comfortable operating in a scaling company — building systems and processes as much as running them.

•

Robust vendor negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills; able to work closely with Design, Sales and leadership.

•

Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
