Production Manager

- : The Production Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring productive and effective production processes within the organization. This position involves assisting the production manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising various aspects of production to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.

- Job Role And Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team leader to create production schedules and ensure they are executed as planned.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets.
- Asist in maintaining and improving product quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and site inspections to identify and address issues.
- Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, including training and performance management.




- Promote a safe and respectful work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed by all production personnel.
- Maintain production records, including production reports, quality data, and inventory records.
- Prepare regular reports for management on production performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.
- Make site visits to inspect and identify the issues when needed.

- Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
