1. Job Purpose

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the complete production process to ensure that products are manufactured on time, within the approved cost, according to drawings/specifications and with the required quality standards. The role involves managing production manpower, machines, materials, production schedules, productivity, wastage, quality and coordination with Design, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Projects and Dispatch departments.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
- Ensure production is completed as per project schedules and delivery commitments.
- Review production priorities based on project requirements.
- Allocate work to different production sections and operators.




- Monitor production progress against planned quantities and timelines.
- Take corrective action for delays, bottlenecks and production constraints.

B. Manpower Management
- Plan manpower requirements based on production workload.
- Allocate workers and operators effectively across machines and workstations.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and utilization of manpower.
- Train and guide production supervisors, operators and workers.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with HR for training and manpower requirements.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules.

C. Material Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely availability of materials.
- Ensure availability of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, adhesives, paints, metal components and other production materials.
- Monitor material consumption against BOM and approved require

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
