Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound qualified to join ICON Solar-En Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in setting up and establishing our Solar Cell Manufacturing Unit in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to be part of our journey from the very beginning, contributing to plant setup, technology implementation, process development, and successful commencement of production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in the initial setup, commissioning, and establishment of the Solar Cell Manufacturing Unit.
- Lead process development, equipment commissioning, and production line stabilisation.
- Ensure smooth commencement of production and achievement of production targets.
- Drive process optimisation, yield improvement, quality control, and cost efficiency.
- Build, lead, and develop the production team from the ground up.
- Identify and resolve technical and process-related challenges during the setup and initial production phase.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.
