Our Core Competencies:

- Candidate must have exposure to External Liquid, Oral Liquid, Lotion, Topicals, Syrup, and 2 or 3 years of experience in OSD/Tablets.
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- Candidate should belong to a good family background.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end production operations from planning to dispatch.
- Ensure production targets, quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Lead, train, and manage production teams while maintaining discipline.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor OEE, manpower, machine efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
- Investigate deviations and implement CAPA.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.
- Support process optimization, validation, technology transfer, and recent product launches.
