As we continue to expand our manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio, we are looking for experienced Production Managers and Production Supervisors who can help us strengthen our production operations, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support the development of high-quality products at scale.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have experience working with Silai and similar home décor, lifestyle, handicraft, and product manufacturing companies, where product quality, craftsmanship, production planning, and operational efficiency play an important role.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Manager / Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations, manage production teams, ensure timely product delivery, and maintain quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in managing manufacturing processes, coordinating production teams, planning workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of production activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Management

Plan and supervise daily production activities according to business requirements and production targets. Ensure timely execution and completion of production orders.

Coordinate with design, procurement, inventory, and other relevant departments.

Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation,



and resource utilization.

Identify production delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Develop and improve production processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

1. Team Management & Workforce Handling

Manage and supervise production workers, operators, and team members. Allocate work responsibilities based on production requirements and employee capabilities.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily production targets.

Train and guide team members to improve productivity and workmanship.

Maintain discipline, coordination, and smooth communication within the production team.

1. Manufacturing Operations

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor different stages of product manufacturing, finishing, and quality inspection.

Ensure effective utilization of raw materials, machinery, tools, and manpower.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Support the implementation of improved manufacturing techniques and processes.

1. Quality Control & Productivity

Ensure products meet the company's quality requirements and specifications. Monitor manufacturing defects, rework, and material wastage.

Coordinate with quality control and finishing teams to resolve product-related issues.

Identify opportunities to reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.

Maintain consistency in product quality and finishing standards.

1. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Track production output, pending orders, wastage, and team productivity.

Share production updates and operational challenges with management.

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of materials.

Maintain accurate production-related documentation and records.

Candidate Requirements





1–10 years of experience in production supervision or production management.

Experience in home décor, handicrafts, lifestyle products, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and team management.

Experience handling production workers and meeting production targets.

Understanding of quality control, material management, and process improvement.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple production activities in a fast-paced environment.
