About Accurate Auto Components

Accurate Auto Components is a precision engineering and manufacturing company specializing in CNC-machined hydraulic and automotive components for domestic and international customers.

We operate 11 CNC Turning Centres with FANUC controls, primarily ACE Micromatic machines, and manufacture precision components for various industrial and automotive applications.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer cum Production Manager who can take responsibility for CNC programming, machine setting support, production planning, shop-floor control, productivity, quality, and overall CNC production performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesCNC Programming & Process Development

- Develop and optimize CNC turning programs using FANUC controls.
- Prepare programs based on engineering drawings, specifications, and machining requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
- Develop machining processes for new components and improve existing processes.
- Optimize cycle time, tool life, productivity, and machining efficiency.
- Analyze machining problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Support CNC setters and operators in program-related and machining issues.
- Ensure proper program control, identification, and revision management.
- Conduct trial runs and support first-piece development and approval.

Production Management
- Plan and monitor daily production for 11 CNC Turning Centres.
- Allocate jobs, machines, operators, and manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production output against daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, downtime, rejection, and rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Purchase/Subcontracting teams for smooth production flow.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adequate availability of tools,



inserts, fixtures, raw materials, and other production requirements.
- Monitor tool consumption and optimize tooling costs.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns.
- Ensure proper documentation of production data and machine performance.

Quality & Process Control
- Ensure components are manufactured according to drawings and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality for first-piece approval and in-process inspection.
- Control rejection and rework through effective process monitoring.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production-related quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to process sheets, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Support customer audits, internal audits, and ISO/QMS requirements.

Shop-Floor Management
- Lead and guide CNC setters and operators.
- Monitor manpower utilization and shift-wise performance.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, 5S, and safety on the shop floor.
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure proper communication between day and night shifts.
- Maintain production reports, downtime records, rejection reports, and other required documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in CNC Turning Programming.
- Excellent knowledge of FANUC CNC controls.
- Experience with ACE Micromatic CNC Turning Centres preferred.
- Solid knowledge of CNC turning operations and machining processes.
- Good understanding of:
- G-Code / M-Code
- Tool offsets and wear offsets
- Cutting tools and insert selection
- Speeds and feeds
- Tool life optimization
- Cycle time improvement
- Workholding and fixtures
- Engineering drawings and tolerances
- Basic GD&T;
- Ability to troubleshoot machining and dimensional problems.




- Strong knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting systems.
- Strong system and documentation knowledge.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in CNC Turning, CNC Programming, Production, or Precision Engineering.
- Candidates with strong experience in both CNC programming and production management will be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple CNC machines and operators is highly desirable.

Shift Details Working Hours: 12-Hour Shift

Shift Pattern: Rotational Day / Night Shift The candidate must be willing to work in rotational day and night shifts according to production requirements.
