Production Manager – Embroidery (Hand & CME)

​About the Role

​We are a premier luxury bridal couture brand specializing in richly embellished, handcrafted, and Computerized Machine Embroidery (CME) garments. We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Manager – Embroidery to oversee and streamline our complete embroidery operations.

​In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end work allocation (in-house and external vendors), vendor management, quality assurance, timely delivery, and financial tracking for all hand and machine embroidery production.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Work Allocation & Production Management

​Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate hand and CME embroidery work between in-house production units and external vendors for optimum capacity utilization and cost efficiency.

​Timeline Management: Ensure strict adherence to production schedules to meet delivery deadlines for client orders across our Noida, Chandni Chowk and Mehrauli retail stores.

​Capacity Planning: Monitor day-to-day operations and balance workloads to avoid production bottlenecks.

​2. Vendor Management & Onboarding

​Vendor Identification: Sourcing and identifying potential, high-quality embroidery vendors/job-workers across North India.

​Rate Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate competitive rates, clear commercial terms, and seamlessly onboard reliable current vendors into the company system.

​Vendor Evaluation: Periodically assess vendor performance based on turnaround time, quality compliance,



and cost efficiency.

​3. Systems & Process Tracking

​Allocation Tracking System: Design, implement, and maintain robust systems to track vendor-wise and unit-wise work allocation.

​Financial & Bill Management: Track and verify all vendor bills against delivered quantities and approved rate cards; manage vendor ledger updates and ensure timely, systematic vendor payment recommendations.

​4. Quality Control & Assurance

​Quality Standards: Maintain stringent luxury-grade quality control for all hand embellishments (Zardozi, Dabka, Gota Patti, Aari, Threadwork, etc.) and Computerized Machine Embroidery (CME).

​Defect Reduction: Inspect raw/finished embellished panels before assembling to minimize rework and raw material wastage.

​Candidate Profile & Qualifications

​Education: Minimum Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent finance/commerce degree) to effectively manage billing, ledger tracking, and commercial negotiations.

​Experience: Minimum 8+ years of direct experience managing embroidery production (both Hand & CME) in luxury bridalwear or high-end couture garments.

​Technical Knowledge: Deep, hands-on knowledge of various traditional and modern embroidery techniques, fabrics, thread types, and embellishment materials.

​Vendor Network: Established network and strong working knowledge of suitable embroidery vendors, karigars, and job-workers across North India.

​Skills:

​Strong commercial acumen and rate negotiation skills.

​Proficiency in maintaining tracking sheets/ERP software for inventory and billing.

​Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor coordination abilities.

​Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to luxury finishing standards.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
