- Schedule daily and weekly production runs based on customer orders.

- Balance machine capacity across mills, lathes, and multi-axis cells.

- Track throughput, scrap rates, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

- Adjust schedules to handle rush orders or equipment breakdowns.

Quality and Process Compliance

- Ensure machined parts match strict engineering drawings and specifications.

- Partner with quality control teams to run in-process inspections.

- Track root causes for non-conformance and lead corrective actions.

- Maintain compliance with industry standards like ISO or AS9100.

Team Leadership and Safety

- Supervise machinists, CNC programmers, and floor supervisors.

- Conduct technical training and performance reviews.
