Role: Production Executive / Supervisor – Luggage Manufacturing

Experience: 2–5 years in Luggage / Bag / Plastic / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production activities for luggage manufacturing.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily targets.
- Supervise production workers and allocate manpower as per requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing processes including cutting, moulding, stitching, assembly, fitting, and finishing.
- Ensure products meet required quality, size, design, and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor availability and consumption of raw materials and components.
- Control production wastage, rejection, and rework.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and output details.




- Ensure proper machine utilization, workplace safety, 5S, and housekeeping.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and product quality.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of luggage/bag manufacturing processes.
- Experience in production planning and manpower handling.
- Understanding of quality control and production standards.
- Valuable knowledge of machines, tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP and production reporting.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
