Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the planning, setup, and execution of event production. This position manages production schedules, coordinates equipment and logistics from the warehouse to event venues, and supervises on-site crews to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The Production

Manager collaborates closely with event planners, designers, and technical teams to translate concepts into practical production plans, including staging, lighting, audio-visual, and other technical requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor coordination, resource allocation, quality control, risk management, and adherence to safety standards.



The role also involves monitoring budgets, optimizing processes, and providing explicit communication and leadership to ensure each event meets client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong production and operations management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site coordination.
- Experience with event logistics, technical setups (staging, lighting, audio-visual), and equipment management in a live events environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising cross-functional teams and external vendors under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and commercial functions.
- Demonstrated capability in budget management, cost control, and process improvement for event production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure, on-site conditions.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and risk management standards related to events and large-scale productions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Production, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production role within events, entertainment, or live experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, according to event schedules.
