Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and supervise the production and execution of interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower coordination, material management, quality control, vendor coordination and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule and monitor production activities as per project requirements and timelines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications and production requirements before starting work.
- Coordinate with the Design, Project, Procurement and Site Execution teams for smooth project execution.
- Good Working knowledge of AutoCad & MS Projects
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with inhouse carpenters, fabricators, contractors, vendors and production staff.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely material requirements.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure timely rectification of production-related issues.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding measurements, site conditions, installation requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor material usage, wastage and production costs.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished products to project sites.




- Identify production delays, bottlenecks and technical issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain production schedules, records, material requirements and progress reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the workshop/production area.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion within committed timelines.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding production progress, delays, material requirements and other challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in interior design company.
- Experience in corporate / commercial interior projects will be preferred.
- Good understanding of interior fit-out production processes.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and understand interior drawings, layouts and production drawings.
- Ability to understand and work with BOQs, material specifications and production requirements.
- Strong production planning and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of quality control and material management.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in corporate interiors, commercial interiors, turnkey, or interior fit-out companies will be preferred. Immediate / Short Notice Joiners Preferred.
