We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Line Operator to work in our production line. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day production activities, operating basic production equipment, following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production operations.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the production/assembly line as per assigned responsibilities.
- Follow production processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform basic assembly, fitting, checking, and packing activities.
- Operate production-related tools and equipment after proper training.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Check products/components for basic defects during the production process.
- Follow 5S, safety rules, and workplace discipline.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the workstation.
- Record basic production-related information as required.
- Coordinate with Line Supervisor and other production team members.
- Report any machine, material, quality, or production-related issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of components and finished products.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor/management.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn production processes.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Candidates with previous production/assembly-line experience will be preferred.

- Candidate must be residing in Vapi or nearby areas of Valsad district.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
