Role Description The Production Intern role at Solaire is a full-time, hybrid position based in Manjeri, with some flexibility for working from home. The intern will support day-to-day production activities, including assisting with production planning, monitoring workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include helping with quality checks, documenting production processes, and preparing basic reports for production management. The intern may also assist in training sessions by organizing materials, supporting onboarding for recent production team members,



and reinforcing safety and operational guidelines. This role offers hands-on exposure to sustainable energy production and an opportunity to contribute to Solaire’s mission of accessible solar solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support daily scheduling, resource allocation, and process coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with production staff, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to help monitor product standards and report deviations from established procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, including assisting with training materials and reinforcing operational and safety guidelines.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, basic data entry and reporting skills, familiarity with MS Office or similar tools, and an interest in renewable energy or engineering.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., engineering, production, industrial management, or related fields) is preferred.
