Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Follow-Up
- Follow up daily production against the planned quantity.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with weaving, dyeing, processing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing and finishing departments.
- Identify production delays and coordinate corrective action.
- Order Status Monitoring
- Track each order from fabric availability to final packing.
- Maintain order-wise production status reports.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production quantities.
- Highlight shortages, delays and bottlenecks to management.
- Material Follow-Up
- Follow up availability of yarn, greige fabric, dyed fabric, trims, labels, packing materials and accessories.
- Coordinate with stores,



purchase and production teams to avoid material shortages.
- Check whether materials are available as per production requirements.
- Department Coordination
- Coordinate with:

- Ensure smooth movement of materials between departments.
- Quality & Production Follow-Up
- Coordinate with the quality team regarding defects and rework.
- Follow up on rejected/reworked quantities.
- Ensure production follows approved samples, specifications and buyer requirements.
- Shipment Follow-Up
- Monitor order completion against shipment dates.
- Coordinate with finishing and packing teams for shipment readiness.
- Follow up with dispatch/logistics for completed orders.
- Escalate potential shipment delays immediately.
- Reports & Documentation
- Prepare daily production follow-up reports.
- Maintain order-wise WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
- Prepare production achievement and pending-order reports.
- Track planned quantity vs. actual quantity.
- Maintain shipment status and pending production reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
