- Operational Control: Oversee assigned production shift to ensure smooth workflow, meeting daily targets, and following SOPs.
- Team Supervision: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance, providing guidance and resolving issues.
- Quality & Safety: Conduct basic quality checks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain cleanliness/5S standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Submit accurate daily shift reports on production, manpower usage, and safety incidents.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor machine usage and escalate equipment issues to senior management or technical support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Shift production output vs. target.
- Zero safety incidents or timely reporting of near misses.
- Quality compliance rate.
- Reduced downtime/efficiency improvements.
