- BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering field

- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support daily production activities and shop floor operations
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
- Ensure adherence to safety and company standards
- Assist in process improvement and productivity enhancement
- Handle basic troubleshooting during production activities
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Problem-solving attitude
Preferred Candidates:
- Fresh engineering graduates
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in production/manufacturing industry
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
