Responsibilities:

1. Production planning / scheduling for injection moulded plastic components

2. Handle day-to-day production issues

3. Proficient and knowledgable with setting injection moulding machine parameters for best practices

4. Acquire and maintain hourly, daily and monthly production data

5. Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement

6. Liaise and purchase raw materials from suppliers

7. Lead, train and guide the production team

8. Hands-on required at times

Requirements:

- Engineering Diploma / Degree preferred - Minimum 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience

- Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM and TPM

- Experience in Inventory Control and ERP system will be an advantage

- Strong in computer literacy

- Hardworking, energetic and enjoy challenges
