Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Location : Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Ltd (POR GIDC)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily production activities.
- Operate and understand electrical machines, equipment, and control panels.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting.
- Check product quality during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow company safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
- Reduce production downtime and minimize material wastage.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, SOPs, and other manufacturing practices.
- Assist senior engineers in production planning and line management.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering and electrical machines.
- Knowledge of motors, transformers, control panels, wiring, and basic industrial electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of PLC and industrial automation is an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
