1. Process Improvement
Refer to ASME "U" stamp codes and technical manuals for process upgrades. Implement process improvements through trials and evaluations.
1. Technical & Compliance Adherence
Conduct performance reviews and ensure strict adherence to ISO/ASME standards. Maintain 5S practices and handle blue-collar workforce effectively.
Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill departmental needs.
Possess knowledge of SS, fabrication, welding technology, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling.
1. Housekeeping & Maintenance
Monitor machine maintenance and ensure work area cleanliness per quality norms.
