Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Engineer role based in New Delhi.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, optimizing processes, and monitoring resource utilization to meet delivery targets. The role involves investigating and resolving production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production

Engineer will collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, procurement, and design teams, maintain production documentation and reports, and support the introduction of new products and processes in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or HVAC-related production environments.
- Production Planning and workflow optimization skills to manage schedules, resources, and throughput effectively.
- Quality Control capabilities, including understanding of inspection methods, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
- Knowledge of HVAC products or component manufacturing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in office industrial workplace and maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance.
