This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing role. You should be someone who has actually run or supervised production/assembly operations on the shop floor — not a purely design-desk or office role. If your background has no exposure to PCB assembly, box-build, or shop-floor production, please do not apply.



This posting is exclusively for production/manufacturing engineers with an electronics or mechanical background (ECE, EEE, or Mechanical).

Minimum Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech — ECE, EEE, or Mechanical with CGPA 7.5+ (or equivalent) — applications below this will not be considered
- 2+ years of hands-on electronics manufacturing/production experience (real shop-floor exposure — not academic projects)

What You'll Be Doing

- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring electronics manufacturing to meet production targets and delivery timelines
- Overseeing PCB assembly and box-build operations, ensuring workmanship and quality standards
- Supporting schematic preparation and review inputs required for production readiness
- Coordinating EMI/EMC and ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) testing during the production cycle
- Managing wiring and cable harnessing operations for sub-systems and complete units
- Applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to improve shop-floor efficiency
- Driving process improvement and maintaining manufacturing documentation
- Working on defence/aerospace electronics manufacturing programs

You Must Have Hands-On Experience With

- PCB assembly, box-build, and cable harnessing operations
- Production planning and shop-floor process control
- Defence, aerospace, or other high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment — strongly preferred
