Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based at the Frystal PET Pvt Ltd facility in Neemrana.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring machines and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams, and supporting troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The role involves optimizing production processes, implementing standard operating procedures, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for management.

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality, logistics, and planning to support smooth workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and process optimization in a plant setting.
- Knowledge of equipment operation, basic preventive maintenance practices, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Familiarity with quality control standards, safety regulations, and compliance with plant policies.
- Ability to analyze production data, prepare reports, and use basic productivity and efficiency metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with shop-floor teams and cross-functional departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in plastics, PET, or packaging manufacturing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and be present on-site in Neemrana.
