Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified timelines.

- Monitor production output, manpower utilization, productivity, and line efficiency.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and other departments for smooth production operations.

- Ensure proper manpower allocation and effective utilization of available resources.

- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to defined work instructions, SOPs, and process standards.

- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Minimize production downtime, rejection, rework, and material wastage.

- Maintain daily production records, reports, and relevant documentation.

- Monitor and maintain production line discipline and 5S standards.

- Support implementation of continuous improvement, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and EHS standards.

- Train and guide operators and production team members on processes and work instructions.

- Escalate production issues, delays, quality concerns, and manpower-related issues to the reporting manager.

- Participate in production meetings and provide updates on production performance.





- Support new product introduction, process changes, and other production-related activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

- 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

- Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive components, electrical/electronic products, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

- Good understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations.

- Good manpower handling and coordination skills.

- Ability to analyze production issues and take corrective actions.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, productivity, and continuous improvement.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

- Willingness to work in shifts.
