We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for managing day-to-day shop-floor production, manpower, quality, tooling, and production planning. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing processes, preferably Railway Parts.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Engineering Drawing Reading.
- Knowledge of FRP / Fibre Glass / Bakelite Molding processes.
- Good understanding of measuring instruments.
- Shop Floor Management skills.
- Manpower/Labour Handling and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Production Planning & Manpower Planning.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of 5S and workplace organization.
- Basic knowledge of Tool & Die Maintenance.
- ERP knowledge and basic computer skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Operate and interpret measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,
Steel Scale, etc
- Diploma Mechanical is essential with 2-3 years of Industry ExperienceOR
- ITI with Fibre glass, FRP / Backallite molding industry
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Experience in Railway Parts manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical experience in FRP/Fibre Glass/Bakelite molding will be an advantage.
