Production Engineer or Manager

· Liaise with other managers / staff to formulate objectives and understand requirements

· Estimate Production costs and prepare budgets & proposal to reduce the cost.

· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

· Monitor production to resolve issues

· Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

· Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

· Approve maintenance work.

· Ensure output meets quality standards

· Enforce health and safety precautions

· Report to higher management.

· Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as production Manager or Engineer

· Deep knowledge of production management

· Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

· Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

· Experience in reporting on key production metrics or MIS





· Proficiency in Computer Operation

· Should be able to handle Permanent & Contact Labour. Conversant with Labour laws.

- To ensure HR & other compliance in all operations and on the job training of personnel including training on SOPs, etc.
- Automotive assembly Production Planning-Supervising quality of components and machines-Knowledge of machines like Reactors / Hydrolic processes / Material handling system Knowledge of inspection-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues-Ability to deal with shop floor technicians-Should be computer literate-Should have knowledge of Ms Office-Excellent Communication skills-Well versed with ISO.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
