Role & responsibilities

- Conduct time & motion studies and validate SMVs for garment operations.

- Optimize line balancing and workflow efficiency.

- Analyze production performance and drive process improvements.

- Support capacity planning and resource allocation.

- Monitor productivity KPIs and prepare performance reports.

- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Support current style introductions and production feasibility assessments.

- Maintain operation bulletins, line layouts, SMVs, and engineering documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in Apparel Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, industrial engineering concepts, and MS Excel.
