Frelit Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on and execution-focused Production Engineer to manage Production Planning & Control (PPC), production scheduling and day-to-day shop-floor operations.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, materials and production activities, monitoring shop-floor operations and ensuring that daily production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.

The ideal candidate should be organized, disciplined, proactive and robust in coordination, with the ability to work closely with production and supporting teams to ensure smooth and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and delivery requirements.
- Prepare production schedules according to available manpower, machines and materials.
- Monitor planned vs.



actual production and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Manage day-to-day shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production workflow.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of required materials.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and provide daily production reports to production manager.
- Report production delays, material shortages, manpower requirements and other production-related issues to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure production is completed as per dispatch requirements.
- Ensure operators follow defined SOPs and production processes.
- Monitor manpower availability and utilization on the production floor.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory, Power electronics
- 2–5 years of experience in production / manufacturing.
- Experience in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics or Solar Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations is required.
- Power Electronics / Solar Inverter knowledge will be an added advantage.
