Role Overview

We are looking for Production Domain Developers specializing in Process Orchestration / Business Process Management (BPM) to work on production-domain order flow development and orchestration. The role involves developing new process flows, modifying existing order flows based on business requirements, and performing component-level testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new Order Flows and make required changes to existing flows based on new business/process requirements.
- Work on BPM-based process orchestration and business process management.
- Understand functional requirements and translate them into effective process flows/workflows.
- Perform component-level development and configuration within the BPM/Process Orchestration platform.
- Complete component testing and ensure the developed flows meet functional and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during development and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OSS/BSS, Order Management, and Production Domain teams.
- Support integration and orchestration across relevant OSS/BSS systems.
- Maintain technical documentation related to workflows, order flows, and component changes.

Required Technical Skills





BPM / Process Orchestration

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following BPM / orchestration platforms:

- Blue Planet
- Ericsson
- Hansen
- IBM / IBM Velocity
- Netcracker
- Ericsson Order Care
- Other comparable BPM / Process Orchestration tools

Domain Knowledge

- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM)
- Experience in Business Process Modeling / Management
- Understanding of Process Orchestration and Workflow Management
- Knowledge of Order Management / Order Flow
- Exposure to OSS/BSS environments
- Understanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes and integrations is preferred.
