Role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator Fresher to join our production team. The role involves coordinating with artists and producers, tracking project progress, maintaining schedules, and supporting day-to-day VFX production.

Key Responsibilities

- Track daily tasks, shots, and project progress.
- Coordinate between producers, artists, supervisors, and clients.
- Maintain production trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on deadlines, reviews, feedback, and pending tasks.
- Schedule reviews and meetings and maintain action points.




- Flag production or scheduling issues to the team.
- Assist producers with resource planning and daily production activities.

Who Can Apply
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a background in VFX, Animation, Film, Media, or Production are preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of VFX or post-production workflows is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from office full time in Dombivli.
