Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily production activities for sarees, dress materials, and dupattas. This role involves planning and scheduling production orders, coordinating with artisans, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

The Production

Coordinator will track workflow, monitor inventory levels, manage documentation, and help resolve production issues to keep operations running smoothly. The role also includes maintaining transparent communication across departments,



supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with artisans, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess production planning and production management skills to schedule, monitor, and optimize manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple production orders.

- Relevant experience in textile or garment production coordination is highly beneficial.
