Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support our game art production team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple art projects, acting as a key link between internal artists, producers, and external clients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about games and art production. This is an on-site, full-time role for a Production Coordinator based in Hyderabad.

Production Support

- Assist Producers in planning, tracking, and coordinating game art projects across multiple clients and titles
- Maintain accurate project schedules, task lists, and asset trackers
- Monitor project progress and flag risks, blockers, or scope changes early

Communication & Coordination

- Serve as a point of contact between artists, leads, producers,



and clients for day-to-day updates
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action items, and status reports
- Help coordinate feedback cycles, revisions, and approvals

Asset & Pipeline Management

- Track art assets through production pipelines from brief to final delivery
- Ensure files are named, organized, and delivered according to client specifications
- Support quality control by confirming assets meet technical and creative requirements before delivery

Administrative & Process Support

- Update production tools (e.g., task management or scheduling software)
- Help document workflows, best practices, and production guidelines
- Support onboarding of new team members

Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or operations (game development, animation, VFX, or creative services preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with common production tools (e.g., Jira, ShotGrid, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
- Basic understanding of game art pipelines (3D Modelling, animation, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an art outsource or external development studio
- Familiarity with common game engines or asset formats
- Experience coordinating with international teams across time zones
- A background or education in game development, art, or production management
