About the Role

We are looking for a confident and presentable Product Trainer to represent premium global consumer-electronics brands. The role involves product training, live demonstrations, retail presentations, customer engagement and brand events

.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and premium products, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to present products to retail teams, customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training for retail staff, channel partners and sales teams.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits and USPs.
- Deliver product presentations at retail stores, client locations and partner events.
- Represent brands at trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches and industry events.
- Visit retail outlets to ensure proper product display and brand positioning.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge and effective demonstration techniques.
- Collect retailer/customer feedback and competitor insights.
- Travel across cities for training programs, retail visits and brand activations.

What We Are Looking For
- Graduate in Business, Technology,



Communication or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in Product Training, Product Demonstration, Retail Brand Advocacy, Premium/Luxury Sales or similar roles.
- Candidates from premium consumer electronics, lifestyle retail, aviation or hospitality with strong presentation skills can also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid public speaking and presentation skills.
- Confident, polished and professional personality.
- Passion for audio products, smart watches, action cameras and wellness technology.
- Strong communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
