Conduct Regular Trainings for Domestic and International sales team – both Physical sessions and Online mode as per Annual Training Calendar • Induction of Current joinees in the region for the respective products • Extensive market visits and maintaining current knowledge on competitors’ products and market • Ensuring that all training materials are up to date and relevant to company’s current offerings • Be a SPOC for all product related queries for the sales team in a region • Connect with external stakeholders like Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Carpenters etc. to understand their view/ opinion about the product.

- Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to understand their training needs and identify areas of improvement • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs delivered and adjust as required • Complaint handling and timely resolution of complaints with help of Quality team in their respective region • Provide training on technical aspects of the product to our Installation/ Fabrication team
