Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and collect product feedback.

Understand customer satisfaction and product experience.

Collect genuine product reviews, suggestions and concerns.

Accurately record customer responses and feedback in the system/tracker.

Identify recurring product-related concerns.

Coordinate and escalate relevant customer/product issues.

Follow up on feedback wherever required.

Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.

Maintain accurate call and feedback records.

Share useful customer insights with the internal team.

Required Skills

Experience in outbound calling, tele-calling, customer feedback or customer-facing roles preferred.

Good communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.

Professional telephone etiquette.

Ability to work with structured calling/activity metrics.

✔ ₹25,000 In-Hand Salary

✔ Saturday & Sunday Off

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
