Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong technical background in Mobile Application Development, preferably with hands-on experience in Android or Flutter.

The ideal candidate should have a proven career progression from Mobile Developer Technical/Engineering Lead Product Owner, with strong experience in software/product development, Agile methodologies, team leadership, stakeholder management, and product delivery.

This role requires a candidate who can combine technical understanding, product ownership, and leadership skills to drive successful development and delivery of mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, and product requirements.
- Define and prioritize features based on business, customer, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, architecture, business, and other stakeholders.
- Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Set up and structure teams for upcoming projects based on project requirements.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Drive quality, delivery, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and project updates.
- Support change management and ensure effective implementation of changing business requirements.
- Provide technical and product guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, Developers,



QA, and Business teams.
- Support critical production applications and participate in 24/7 production support when required.
- Use strong mobile development knowledge to understand technical challenges and support effective product decisions.

Mandatory Experience
- 9+ years of overall experience in software/product development.
- Robust hands-on experience in Mobile Application Development.
- Experience with Android or Flutter development.
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead / Engineering Lead / Team Lead.
- Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in product backlog management, prioritization, and delivery.
- Strong project/program and team management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Technical Skills Candidates with experience in the following technologies will be preferred:
