Role & responsibilities

- Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud product roadmap, aligned with business and sales objectives.

- Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.

- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

- Prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and urgency.

- Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, QA, and external implementation teams to deliver solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, automation, data quality, and user experience.

- Define and manage Salesforce KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, UAT, and release planning.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.





- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product priorities, releases, and changes.

- Work with technical teams on Salesforce integrations with systems such as ERP, marketing platforms, CPQ, and other business applications.

- Ensure Salesforce enhancements follow appropriate governance, security, data quality, and compliance standards.

Must have skills:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Valuable understanding of Salesforce configuration and capabilities

- Understanding of Salesforce data model and relationships.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs is highly desirable.

- Understanding of Salesforce releases and deployment processes.

- Experience working with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects.

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.

- Experience with roadmap planning and release management.
