ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior Product MDM Techno-Functional Lead to drive discovery, functional design and business-data alignment for a large enterprise Product Master transformation.

The role will work with stakeholders across Product, GTM, Finance, CRM and ERP functions to understand the current product-data landscape, define the target-state model and translate business requirements into implementable MDM capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead discovery workshops across business, data and application teams.

Define current-state and target-state product/master-data processes, ownership and governance.

Define product attributes, hierarchies, relationships, reference data, lifecycle and source-to-master mappings.

Translate business requirements into MDM rules, functional specifications and implementation backlog.

Work with architecture and technical teams on canonical model, mastering rules and downstream consumption requirements.

Coordinate BAs, domain SMEs and data stewards through design, migration validation, UAT and business sign-off.





REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

10-14 years in Master Data management (MDM), enterprise data management and/or data consulting.

Solid experience delivering enterprise MDM programs, preferably involving product/master data.

Strong understanding of golden records, hierarchy/relationship management, cross-references, reference data, match/merge, survivorship, data quality and stewardship.

Experience working with CRM and ERP data/processes, preferably Salesforce and Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.

Good understanding of Product, GTM, Finance and enterprise operational processes.

Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and requirements-to-design translation skills.

Experience working with architects, data engineers and MDM implementation teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Exposure to Informatica MDM, IDMC or Product 360.

Experience in Product Master / Product Information / enterprise catalog programs.

Exposure to Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Finance-related transformation programs.

Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment with global clients.
