Job Summary

The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. You will develop and manage product development plans, represent your feature area within a cross-functional team, and drive solutions that address customer needs through a deep understanding of customer pain points. You will also prioritize customer issues and defects, support timely resolution, and demonstrate product progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Own one or more product features and drive product execution from concept through delivery.
- Develop and maintain product development plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
- Represent assigned features within cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points and opportunities.
- Prioritize customer issues and product defects using relevant data and customer insights.
- Support timely resolution of production issues and communicate priorities effectively.




- Lead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital and back-office platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.

Requirements

- Experience managing product features or products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and feature enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience prioritizing work using customer feedback, data, and business objectives.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, including delivering product demonstrations.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
