Job Role
Responsible to lead & manage a team of Onborading RMs & support staff
Responsible for team KRAs & targets
Develop & maintain long term relationship with our partners .
Handling all support Activities related Marketing(including digital) and products for Franchisee channel
Understanding marketing requirements from AP’s /RM’s and processing as per company guidelines and budget, helping in Campaigns, trainings
Responsible for setting up events
Coordination with core marketing and product team to get the required output within TAT To understand Gaps in process/products , Sharing insights for developments , ease of processes , from time to time
Ensuring Quick and smooth functioning/response to Queries and Tasks
Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence to Compliance& Risk.
Skills
Must have positive knowledge of equity Product & Marketing with overall experience of atleast 5+ years
Post graduate ,should be well versed with Excel and Powerpoint presentations
Should have good communication, presentation & convincing skills
Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
