Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Marketing Executive with strong experience in B2B marketing, email campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, positioning products for target audiences, coordinating with sales teams, and driving lead generation activities for IT services, IT product, or consulting businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage email and 360 marketing campaigns for products / services
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Drive inbound lead generation and co-ordinate closely with sales teams
- Create content for emails, blogs, landing pages, product collateral, and social media
- Manage LinkedIn and other professional social channels
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product marketing strategy
- Support SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns




- Manage CRM and lead tracking systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, design) for campaign and launch execution
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

Required Skills

- 4 - 5years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B IT / IT product / IT consulting
- 1+year of experience in inbound lead generation and 360 campaign management
- Solid knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and lead management tools
- Experience in product marketing, positioning, and messaging
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Account - Based Marketing (ABM)
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn paid campaigns
- Strong research and strategic planning skills
- Experience with product launches and sales enablement content

Additional Requirements

- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working full-time from the office in Chennai
