Our focus on delivering exceptional client service is backed by a partner driven approach to offer tailor-made solutions ensuring quality excellence & time efficiencies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Field Marketing Manager who can turn product and market insight into real assets that sales actually uses. This is a hands-on production and execution role you personally write, design-brief, and maintain the sales enablement library, and you own field marketing execution end to end, from CFO roundtables to other brand-to-demand programmes.

Content quality bar is high: you should be equally comfortable writing a battlecard for a live sales conversation and writing a piece that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI search engines. You understand that field sales, demand gen and SDRs need the same core narrative flexed differently, and you build for that from the start.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify content gaps, topical authority opportunities and content decay.
- Build content roadmaps covering websites, blogs, FAQs, videos, social content, knowledge bases and other relevant formats.
- Work closely with Technical SEO and GEO specialists to convert technical insights into actionable editorial plans.

- Use AI-powered research and content intelligence tools to identify emerging topics, prompt opportunities and AI search visibility gaps.
- Craft real-world assets that SDRs, field sales, and demand gen can use
- Own all sales enablement content production - write, design-brief, and maintain the full library
- Own field marketing execution - CFO roundtables and other programmes spanning brand, demand, and a land-and-expand perspective
- Turn dense B2B SaaS topics into clear, insight-led content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI/LLM engines
- Flex the same core narrative differently for demand gen, field sales, and SDR use cases

Required Skills & Experience

- Must have a structured marketing approach to solving business problems, and have personally written and shipped sales enablement assets for a software/SaaS sales team — not generic marketing collateral
- Can turn a dense B2B SaaS topic into a clear, practical, insight-led piece that ranks on LLMs and Google and gets quoted by AI engines
- Working knowledge of enablement/content tooling (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Showpad or equivalent) to structure and maintain a searchable, versioned library
- Understands how the same core narrative needs to flex differently for demand gen versus field sales versus SDR use cases
- 10+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise product or field marketing, with hands-on content and enablement ownership
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor at this experience level — this is a hands-on production and execution role, not a people-management track

Education Bachelor's/ Master’s degree required,

preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience with tools and disciplines such as:

- GEO/AI-search content tools — Surfer SEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse or Frase
- Traditional SEO tools — Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog
- Sales enablement platforms — Highspot, Seismic or Showpad
- CRM and marketing automation — Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent
- Event and field marketing execution — CFO roundtables, customer IPs or account-based events
- Content performance tracking — Google Search Console, GA4 or Looker Studio

Success Metrics Within this role, success will be measured by:

- Adoption and usage of sales enablement content by field, inside sales, and SDRs (not just content produced)
- AI search visibility and citations for content — appearances in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
- Improvement in organic search performance for owned content
- Turnout, engagement, and pipeline impact of CFO roundtables and other field marketing programmes
- Health and currency of the enablement content library — versioning, relevance, and coverage across use cases
- Field and sales team satisfaction with content usefulness and relevance

Ideal Candidate You think like a marketer, but operate like a builder. You are equally comfortable drafting a battlecard for a live sales call, briefing a designer, writing a piece that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI engines, and running a CFO roundtable on the ground. You understand that great enablement content and field execution both start from the same discipline — knowing exactly what the audience in front of you needs, and building for it directly rather than delegating it away.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be the hands-on execution engine behind the BITS product and field marketing function.
