Product Manager – New Products

Location: Bangalore preferred; Mumbai also considered

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Management leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of new products and solutions for the Banking & Financial Services industry. The role requires a strong combination of product strategy, market research, client engagement,

product-market validation, GTM and execution, with the ability to take new ideas from concept through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify emerging market opportunities, client pain points and industry trends to conceptualize new products and solutions.
- Conduct competitive research, market analysis and customer discovery to define product strategy and differentiation.
- Engage directly with banks and financial institutions to understand requirements, validate use cases and obtain structured Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback.
- Drive Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation through client workshops, prototypes, POCs and early adopter programs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, business requirements, PRDs, user journeys and functional requirements.
- Own the complete product management lifecycle from ideation, validation and MVP through product launch, adoption and continuous enhancement.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Presales,



Implementation and Partner teams to translate market requirements into scalable products.
- Develop product positioning, value proposition, competitive differentiation, pricing inputs, sales playbooks and Go-To-Market strategy.
- Support strategic client discussions, solution presentations and key sales opportunities as the product/domain expert.
- Track product adoption, customer feedback, competitive developments and business outcomes to continuously evolve the product roadmap.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience, with significant experience in Product Management within Banking, Financial Services or FinTech.
- Strong experience in launching and scaling B2B enterprise technology products for banks or financial institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept → market research → customer validation → MVP/POC → GTM → commercialization.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across Product, Fraud, Risk, Digital Banking, Operations and Technology functions.
- Valuable understanding of banking processes, digital banking and financial-services technology ecosystems.
- Experience in Fraud Management, Fraud Risk, Digital Identity, Onboarding Risk, Device Intelligence or Financial Crime technology would be highly preferred.
- Commercial orientation with exposure to product positioning, sales enablement, pricing and deal support.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple initiatives and work effectively in a fast-paced new-product environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
