- The Product Manager at Primal Pictures defines the long-term product strategy, driving feature development and customer-focused enhancements.
- This role requires strong leadership to mentor and guide product teams, fostering collaboration across departments while ensuring clear stakeholder communication. With a data-driven approach, the Product Manager will refine product features, optimize user experiences, and align development efforts with market opportunities and business growth.
- This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Our products support healthcare professionals, educators, and students in understanding human anatomy through cutting-edge visualization and digital learning tools.

Objectives Of This Role

- Define and execute a long-term product strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
- Oversee feature development, and user engagement feedback to refine product roadmap in alignment with growth opportunities and ROI.
- Establish data-driven decision-making processes to measure product success and continuously optimize features aligned to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine product direction.




- Demonstrate strong leadership by inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners ensuring collaboration and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities Product Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and refine the product vision, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy, customer centric developments and ROI.
- Oversee feature prioritization, ensuring development efforts align with strategic goals and customer expectations.
- Own the product roadmap, setting clear milestones and priorities based on market demand, customer needs, and company objectives.
- Establish strategic goals for current product development, enhancements, and user engagement, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable impact.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of product strategy into product requirements to executives, customers, and internal teams.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate feature success and customer adoption rates.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to refine product features and improve user experience to drive growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to enhance product differentiation and industry positioning.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing and sales to ensure seamless execution of vision into product requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the product domain, providing strategic insights, guiding decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Team Management & Mentorship
- Provide leadership and coaching to Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support the growth and development of Product Owners by creating opportunities for collaboration and learning, ensuring the team works efficiently and feels empowered to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
- Facilitate cross-team knowledge sharing, ensuring alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in product management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.




- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs, metrics, and experimentation.
- Experience managing products from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Facilitate collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and innovation.
- Ability to delegate effectively while maintaining strategic oversight.
