Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Gather and analyze requirements from customers, operations, sales, support, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex business and operational needs into clear, actionable, and development-ready requirements.
- Use AI tools daily to synthesize inputs, identify patterns, and enhance requirement

quality. BRD & PRD Ownership:

- Create, own, and maintain BRDs and PRDs with clearly defined scope, workflows,edge cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Ensure documentation enables smooth execution for engineering and QA teams.
- Apply AI-assisted analysis to refine problem statements and solutions.
- Product Improvement & Roadmap Execution
- Drive continuous product and process improvements, especially focused on logistics

operations efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Prioritize features and enhancements aligned with business goals and operational KPIs.
- Partner with leadership to execute the product roadmap effectively.

Customer Feedback & Feedback Loop Creation

- Build and maintain structured customer and operations feedback loops using

tickets, calls, analytics, and reviews.
- Convert feedback into prioritized product enhancements.
- Close the loop by communicating outcomes to stakeholders and customers.

Cross-Functional Communication

- Serve as the primary point of coordination between engineering, QA, design,

operations, sales, and support teams.
- Ensure clarity on priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional blockers.

Development Team Communication & Agile Execution

- Work closely with development teams to clarify user stories, business rules,

integrations, and edge cases.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure execution stays aligned with defined requirements and operational needs.

. QA & Release Management

- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases, acceptance criteria,



and validation

scenarios.
- Lead UAT, bug triaging, and release sign-offs.
- Ensure high-quality releases with minimal operational disruptions.

Data Analysis & MySQL Proficiency

- Use MySQL extensively to analyze product usage, logistics flows, SLA adherence, and

operational performance.
- Independently write complex queries to identify bottlenecks, trends, and

improvement opportunities.
- Translate data insights into actionable product decisions.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Mentor, coach, and review work of Associate and Product Managers.
- Establish standards for requirement quality, stakeholder communication, and

execution discipline.
- Drive capability building and continuous improvement within the PM team.

Mandatory Requirements

- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed college.
- 4–5 years of Product Management experience
- Daily use of AI tools(ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM ) as part of core product
- workflows
- Robust proficiency in MySQL (mandatory)
- Proven experience mentoring or leading Product Managers
- Strong experience in BRD & PRD creation
- Hands-on experience working with engineering and QA teams in Agile
- environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or Operations-heavy platforms
- Demonstrated impact on operational efficiency, SLA improvement, cost

optimization, or automation
- Experience building products that support order processing, tracking,

reconciliation, billing, or partner integrations
- Familiarity with logistics KPIs such as TAT, SLA, RTO,NDR, reconciliation accuracy,and cost per shipment
