Role Summary

We're hiring an Associate Product Manager for a pre-sales, solutioning-focused role. Sales owns the prospect relationship and gathers requirements from customers and prospects.

Your job starts from there: take those requirements, understand the prospect's industry and use case, and figure out how Superleap's CRM can solve for it. You'll then work with the implementation team to actually build that solution in the CRM so sales has something real to demo, and you'll be on the call to field the product questions that come up.

This role doesn't own the deal or the relationship. It owns the "can our product do this, and how" piece that sits between sales gathering requirements and sales closing the deal.

The Problem We're Solving

Most enterprise teams are stuck with software that works against them. Legacy CRMs are systems of record: rigid, disconnected from how people actually work, with AI bolted on after the fact instead of built in from day one.

We're building the opposite: a CRM that's fast, flexible, and AI-native from the ground up, designed to handle enterprise complexity without becoming a burden.

Winning that market takes PMs who do more than write requirements docs.

Ideal Candidate

- 2-4 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a pre-sales role
- Understanding requirements of customers and prospects
- Strong ability to translate customer requirements into a product solution




- Research the prospect's industry and use case to understand how they actually work
- Cross-functional collaboration across sales and implementation/engineering
- Sharp problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain product capabilities clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Working SaaS knowledge (ARR, MRR, churn)
- Comfort doing industry/market research to understand an unfamiliar use case quickly
- Willingness to join prospect calls as needed to support the pre-sales cycle

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Understanding & Solutioning

- Take requirements gathered by sales from customers and prospects
- Research the prospect's industry and use case to understand how they actually work
- Map those requirements to Superleap's product capabilities and figure out a solution approach

CRM Understanding & Building

- Build deep working knowledge of Superleap's configuration options, modules, and customization capabilities
- Work with the implementation team to configure or build the CRM setup for the prospect's use case

Market & User Research

- Research the prospect's industry, competitors, and existing workflows to understand what they actually need
- Track use cases and patterns across verticals to speed up solutioning on future prospects

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with sales on requirement handoff, timelines, and expectations
- Align with the implementation team on build scope and turnaround time
- Join prospect calls to answer product-related questions and support the pitch
