We are specifically looking for a Product Manager with proven, hands-on experience in owning and building B2B SaaS / technology products.

The ideal candidate should have experience across 0-to-1 and 1-to-N product journeys—from identifying problems and validating opportunities to defining, building, launching, scaling, and continuously improving products.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in startups, product-led companies, or lean product teams, with significant end-to-end product ownership. Experience as a Founding Product Manager, first/only Product Manager, or a PM working closely with founders/CEO will be highly relevant. This role requires someone who can build a new product from scratch while also owning and evolving existing products and product lines.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of Smart Food Protected’s B2B SaaS products.

You will work closely with the CEO, engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and functional teams to identify customer problems,



define product opportunities, build new products from 0-to-1, and evolve existing products from 1-to-N.

This role requires strong product thinking, customer understanding, ownership, and execution ability. You will be expected to translate customer and business problems into practical product solutions and work closely with engineering and design teams to take them from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
- Identify and validate customer problems, market opportunities, and product ideas through research, discovery, and customer interactions.
- Own products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Build new products from 0-to-1 and scale/refine existing products from 1-to-N.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and work closely with engineering during sprint planning, development, testing, and releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Track product metrics, customer feedback, and usage patterns to identify improvements and measure product performance.
- Work closely with sales, marketing,



and functional consulting teams on product positioning, customer requirements, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand problems, validate solutions, and gather product insights.
- Maintain Jira or other product/project management platforms to support the technology team and ensure execution visibility.

Required Skillset

- Proven experience managing and owning B2B SaaS / technology products and complete product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of 0-to-1 product development and 1-to-N product scaling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven product decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar.
- Basic understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, AI, and modern web applications.
- Familiarity with product design and collaboration tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience working on AI-related SaaS products is a good-to-have.

Education & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or product-based companies.
- Demonstrated experience of end-to-end product ownership, preferably in a startup or lean product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
